img_size=\u00bb1200&#215;500&#8243;][vc_column_text el_class=\u00bbcustom-p\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h2><b>Registro de Naves (Abanderamiento)<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A trav\u00e9s de los a\u00f1os, De Castro &amp; Robles ha asistido a sus clientes en el registro (abanderamiento de naves) de naves bajo la bandera de Panam\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los servicios brindados por nuestra firma incluyen actuar como agente residente de la nave, revisar y presentar la documentaci\u00f3n necesaria, el pago del registro y anualidades y representaci\u00f3n ante las distintas Direcciones de la Autoridad Mar\u00edtima de Panam\u00e1 respecto a cualquier asunto administrativo que pueda surgir.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde 1925, el Registro Abierto de Panam\u00e1 ha beneficiado a la comunidad internacional mar\u00edtima.\u00a0 El propietario de una nave no requiere ser un ciudadano paname\u00f1o o una sociedad paname\u00f1a a fin de registrar una nave bajo la bandera paname\u00f1a.\u00a0 Adem\u00e1s, las normas fiscales paname\u00f1as son territoriales, por cuanto el ingreso generado por la operaci\u00f3n comercial de las naves fuera de Panam\u00e1 no est\u00e1 sujeto a impuestos en Panam\u00e1.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las naves pueden ser registradas de forma preliminar ya sea a trav\u00e9s de Consulados paname\u00f1os ubicados en los principales centros mar\u00edtimos del mundo, o localmente ante las Direcciones de Marina Mercante y Registro P\u00fablico de la Autoridad Mar\u00edtima de Panam\u00e1, a trav\u00e9s de un abogado paname\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El registro preliminar es otorgado por un plazo de seis (6) meses, durante el cual la documentaci\u00f3n requerida para el registro permanente de la nave debe ser presentado ante las Direcciones de Registro P\u00fablico y Marina Mercante.\u00a0 La patente de navegaci\u00f3n es emitida con una duraci\u00f3n de cinco (5) a\u00f1os, luego de lo cual debe ser renovada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Registro paname\u00f1o tambi\u00e9n ofrece la posibilidad de registros o abanderamientos duales mediante el registro especial de fletamentos a casco desnudo, lo cual permite que la nave se registre en Panam\u00e1 sin perder su registro originario.\u00a0 El fletador debe fletar la nave por un per\u00edodo de dos (2) a\u00f1os y obtener autorizaci\u00f3n del propietario y las autoridades del registro originario.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existen diversos incentivos y descuentos otorgados por el Registro paname\u00f1o para las naves de primer registro en Panam\u00e1 o de nueva construcci\u00f3n.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=\u00bbcustom-p\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Hipoteca de Naves<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nuestra firma ofrece todos los servicios requeridos para el registro de hipotecas navales ante el Registro P\u00fablico de T\u00edtulos y Grav\u00e1menes de Naves de la Autoridad Mar\u00edtima de Panam\u00e1, incluyendo la redacci\u00f3n de contratos, preparaci\u00f3n del instrumento de hipoteca, revisar los documentos para verificar el cumplimiento de todas las formalidades exigidas por la legislaci\u00f3n paname\u00f1a, traducci\u00f3n de documentos y el registro de la escritura p\u00fablica.\u00a0 Tambi\u00e9n asistimos en la cancelaci\u00f3n de hipotecas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Panam\u00e1 ofrece un sistema eficiente de registro de hipotecas navales.\u00a0 Un pre-requisito para el registro de la hipoteca es el registro (abanderamiento de la nave), por lo menos de forma preliminar, en el Registro paname\u00f1o.\u00a0 Generalmente, el registro preliminar del t\u00edtulo y de la hipoteca se realizan simult\u00e1neamente. <\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_cta h2=\u00bb\u00bfTiene alguna pregunta?\u00bb txt_align=\u00bbcenter\u00bb btn_title=\u00bb\u00a1CONT\u00c1CTENOS!\u00bb h2_font_container=\u00bbfont_size:20px|line_height:22px\u00bb h2_use_theme_fonts=\u00bbyes\u00bb btn_uniqid=\u00bbcmsms_shcd_5ffdadac83b238_04940313&#8243;
